Congratulations on the trailblazing work you and the team have accomplished in the few short years since founding 2021. To be a fundamentally different operator in the brokerage space at the epicenter of real estate here in NYC stands out to me not only in the elevated partnership momentum built externally from partnership as a JLL affiliate to the distinction of WBE, but also in the mission-driven dedication to treating your team, clients, and community with ultimate dignity and respect.

My professional trajectory has encompassed exposure to building urban spaces of flourishing while at a development firm in Dallas to empowering economic opportunity for the global workforce as a business leaders program associate at LinkedIn. I then married my operational business acumen from experience at three Fortune 500 companies to the property technology startup space where I have expanded our new business relationships, managed client relationships, and drove process improvements. I am eager for the opportunity to apply my experience streamlining the investment process for commercial real estate owners/operators/developers to support and consult the transactional process at OPEN Impact. I hope to contribute to the professional relationship and deal management, integration of data insights and financial modeling, and collaborate effectively across the team during this growth stage.

When I saw OPEN Impact’s recent successful UWS project keeping the property’s value intact, it hit home not only in maximizing client impact and deliver on non-profit mission, but also because I was quite literally a neighboring resident one block down at 104th & Amsterdam with appreciation for all the neighborhood had to offer. I am committed to bettering communities, raised in an ethos of volunteerism to now engaging in philanthropy across DE&I initiatives, economic empowerment, arts & culture investments, and environmental sustainability. Because of this alignment with my own personal values, my passion for more equitable real estate structures, and my excitement for the work at OPEN Impact, I am kindly requesting the chance to discuss joining the firm.
